2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, and assign you a user role (e.g., user, admin). If you subscribe to a paid membership, we also store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and subscription period end date to manage your membership.

2.2 Discord Integration

If you choose to link your Discord account for member-exclusive channels, we store your Discord user ID. This is used solely to grant and manage access to our community Discord server.

2.3 Card Tracker & Checklist Data

Our core feature is tracking collectible card data. For each card in our checklist, we store information such as card ID/number, player/character name, card type, team, tags, hit status, hit date, breaker information, verification status, and card images. This data is publicly visible on the tracker.

2.4 User Submissions

When you submit a "hit" report, we collect your name (or username), email address, social media link (if provided), uploaded images, and the submission date. This information is used to verify and display hit data on the tracker.

2.5 Card Follow Notifications

Members can follow specific cards to receive notifications when they are hit. We store your user ID, email, and the card IDs you follow. This data is used exclusively to send you email notifications.

2.6 Personal Collection

Members can track their personal card collections. For each item, we store details such as card reference, grading information (company, grade, certification number), estimated value, images, and personal notes. This data is private and only visible to you.

2.7 Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.

2.8 Payment Information

We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment processing securely. We only store a reference ID (Stripe customer ID) to manage your subscription.

• To provide and maintain the Service, including the 1/1 card tracker, set lists, and personal collection features.
• To process your membership subscription and manage access to member-exclusive content.
• To send you email notifications about cards you follow (members only).
• To verify and display hit submissions on the public tracker.
• To manage your Discord community access (if you opt in).
• To respond to your contact form inquiries.
• To maintain administrative audit logs for data integrity.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• Stripe: For payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy).
• Discord: Your Discord user ID is shared with Discord's API to manage server roles (see Discord's Privacy Policy).
• Email Service: We use a third-party email service to send notifications and contact form responses.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership, your subscription data is updated but your account remains. Checklist data (hit reports, card images) is retained indefinitely as part of the public tracker record. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to administrative functions is restricted to authorized personnel. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Unfollow cards at any time to stop receiving notifications.
• Cancel your membership at any time through your profile.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
